NessMess started with a very real problem, a messy bag, a cluttered drawer, and that one thing you can never find when you actually need it.
We kept coming across gorgeous organisers online, but finding ones that were actually aesthetic and functional and available in India? Nearly impossible. So we stopped looking and started making.
At NessMess, we believe staying organised shouldn't feel like a project. It should feel easy, a little satisfying, and honestly, kind of enjoyable. How long does it take for my order to be dispatched?
We usually aim to dispatch orders within 3–5 business days. However, if there is any unexpected delay due to unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you beforehand and keep you updated.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email/SMS. You can use it to check real-time updates.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Not at the moment. We currently offer prepaid orders only so we can keep our operations streamlined and ensure a smooth, reliable experience for every order.
We’re a growing brand, and as we scale, we hope to introduce COD in the future.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept returns. However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, we’ll be happy to offer an exchange or store credit for the amount paid for the product. Store credit reflects the discounted price paid, if applicable, and excludes shipping charges. Do you offer refunds?
We currently do not offer monetary refunds. Once your return is approved, you will receive store credit that can be used for future purchases.
When will I receive my store credit?
Store credit is issued within 7 days processing time after we receive and inspect your return.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
We’ve got you covered. Please contact us within 7 days with images/videos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or store credit.
